Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please therefore check your items upon receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds can only be given once your return is received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you when this happens.
Please do not return any item without first contacting us. Some of our products are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may need to be returned to them rather than to ourselves. When you contact us we will give you the appropriate instructions and return address.
Please note that when returning an item it is your responsibility to see to it that the item gets to us in the condition that you sent it. Thus you are advised to use appropriate packing materials and use a tracked and/or insured service as you see fit.
When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will applied via your original method of payment.
